Para:noir to Disband.....+ Final Release
Para: noir has announced recently that after their oneman live 「nihilism」at Shibuya O-West on 2012.4.30, they will disband. Guitarist Yuuya will also retire from musical activities at that time.
They will release one final mini-album titled 「nihilism.」on 2012.4.4 before they disband. It will come in two types. The limited edition wil contain five tracks and two music clips and will cost ￥3150, while the first-press regular edition will contain six tracks and will cost ￥2625.

They've been releasing a lot of music lately, why would they all of a sudden decide to disband?
This is the most upsetting thing I've heard since D'espairsRay split up.
They were defintely one of my favorite bands, it's just not going to be the same without them.

I think this is an absolutely ridiculous load of crap from PSC!
I would understand if the company were freaking out because too many people were uploading albums/singles from these bands. But that isn't even what we're talking about here. They're telling us we can't use promotional pictures or upload PV's (promotional videos), these are things that literally say, "We are here to PROMOTE the band." The people who post information on these bands (like myself), are basically promoting them for free. They're only going to make it more difficult for overseas fans to get information, and wind up losing a good portion of their fan base, so really they're just majorly screwing themselves over. In the end, this is only going to turn around and bite PSC in the ass.

No Excuses......I swear!
Ok so......In all seriousness. I know that I've been slacking off quite a bit with single/album reviews and things of that nature, because it's sooooooo busy at work and honestly I'm tired by the time I get home. However, I didn't realize just how far behind I was until tonight.
I just discovered that I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT MUSIC I HAVE ANYMORE!!!!
Because I've never had the chance to listen to it.
I almost bought a second copy of Niji no Yuki (from Alice Nine) tonight because I couldn't remember already having purchased a copy. I literally have a pile of singles and albums just sitting there, on my bookcase, that I've never even uploaded to my computer. They've never been listened to.
In conclusion, I really think this goes hand in hand with my New Year's resolution: Managing my time more efficiently. And let's see, it's 13 days into the new year and so far I completely suck at it.
So, from now on I'm going to try REALLY, REALLY hard to get some reviews out for those of you who read them!!!
I swear I will!

I had wanted to make this list a little earlier, but I've been VERY busy, not to mention, wading through the ridiculous amount of J-Rock songs that have been released this year was extremely difficult. Thus, I was originally going to do my "top ten" but it was hard enough narrowing my list down to 15.
